Women and men, E Komo Mai

If you have ever wanted to learn to dance hula, here is our chance.  Aunty Shirley Amundson, our sister from Honolulu First Church, is teaching this fun filled class.  Aunty Shirley has over 20 years of experience dancing and teaching hula.  She has performed and competed in the Merrie Monarch Festival on the Big Island.

In this class you will learn to  "Uwehe", "Ami" and "Slide."  This class welcomes beginners and experienced hula dancers.

Hula is a dance, an art form and an act of worship.  By the end of summer you will have learned a hula that you can share in worship at The Bridge.

Classes will begin on Thursday, June 16 at 6:30 pm at Honolulu First Church of the Nazarene.
